You seem to be getting allergy type symptoms, what with stinging lips and tongue and a puffy red chest. I would see your GP for advice and maybe antihistamines. I wonder if it is in the side effects of any of your drugs? My friend used to get symptoms like this from strawberries. These symptoms get you down don’t they? They do me. 🍀

Not sure what you mean - do you mean the skin on your upper chest? Have you been out in the sun - it wouldn't need to be long? I go very red if I wear a lower necked t-shirt - have done most of the time since being on pred.

You don’t give enough information but I think it would be a good idea to speak to a doctor about these things

Back to the doctor again, me thinks, Ronzy! You’ll be getting your season pass soon (I’m getting my name put on one of the chairs in the waiting room soon)!!

The book could be too boring…I looked at getting some travel insurance the other day & now have 11 named medical conditions…not sure I can afford the insurance, it will cost more than a holiday! Keep bothering the doctors for answers, it is what they are there for!!

I’m sorry to hear that. I do really enjoy this country especially Whitby my pleasure is photography I’m forever looking for new pictures But alas last time there didn’t even take my camera with us because of the weight 😱🫤

I tell myself things can only get better.

Must stay positive.

Buy yourself a lightweight camera! Plenty around with good enough lenses! Take care!

It is a light one 🥲 lovely Mirrorless Olypus 😜 but iPhone does a good job But not as good to use , never mind

Hip bothering me now. Think that is gca related struggling to get up steps ☹️

Bin doing too much I find it v hard to really take it steady, I was quite fit for my age. But think I must

Things will get better for both of us.

Take care onwards and upwards 😍

Happy preding 😁

I have a bad tremor in hand and arm (unconnected to pmr) & I can’t hold my iPhone steady enough…& it’s pot luck if my little Lumix comes out blurred, too! Very frustrating, but small potatoes in the scheme of things!! Take more water with it, & stop overdoing things!!
