What did the rheumatologist say when you saw them about the tingling when you saw them in November?

I too get tingling and semi numbness but in my right lower leg and foot. Physio said it's probably spine related as I have lumbar spondylitis and a crushed disc. Rheumy just ignores it. I think it's more to do with my knee, but who am I to know? Either way, like you, I am told it's nothing to worry about.

I get tingling in one of my hands. As it’s only one and it comes and goes, I’ve decided it’s probably nothing to worry about. It is annoying though especially at night.

Pinky side

It could be ulnar nerve entrapment - a bit like carpal tunnel but a different nerve. I have it, little and ring fingers, not sure where it gets pinched, often happens when I'm lying in bed reading and can be both hands which suggests something going on around my neck although moving my elbows sorts it

Maybe your pillow is the wrong shape or worn out. Or the mattress is saggy, All sorts of reasons.

No way of knowing - you have to experiment a bit. Everyone is different.
