Tingling
Which fingers are affected most? It could be carpal tunnel syndrome. I assume it has continued? Have you changed your pillows recently?
No I haven't.its round my thumb area goes up my arm.
If it is the carpla tunnel problem it would affect your thumb. Speak to the GP if you are concerned
Hi.did speak to gp.he think it all to do pred side affects.have to have blood test on Friday.if it gets worst have to get in touch again.
I'm intrigued. How does changing your pillows cause carpal tunnel syndrome? I ask because many months ago my wife changed our pillows without my knowledge and I have had a "stiff neck" ever since mostly left hand side and also "tingly palms".....
Not so much necessarily carpal tunnel syndrome per se - but a change in position of your neck and shoulders overnight can upset the muscles which in turn may pinch the nerve enough to cause the tingling. So which way do you sleep - on your left or right side?
Left side mostly. I was concerned about GCA at one point as the discomfort goes up the back of the ear but its is only with movement so I assumed it was muscular. No other GCA symptoms at all. Got a face to face with GP in an hour so was going to ask her as well. It seems to have eased a bit over the last week or so as well....
Sounds as if it is possibly sternocleidomastic muscle issues - often the muscle to protest at a different pillow position. It runs from behind the ear to the collar bone
Ta much...😀
I can get tingling when I get a migraine with aura. You said you also had a headache.
