Too much vitamin D? Maybe Not!!

I do have the results after all. The comment says normal and the figures are 141 nmol/L >51. Can anyone tell me what they actually mean please. Thanks

I've answered over on the other post. I'll repeat it here for completeness:

'Sorry - not entirely clear what the numbers you've quoted are. Especially the >51.

I'm assuming that the 141 nmol/L is the result they got for you - and that IS higher than the normal range so not sure why they have said it is normal. The top of the NHS recommended range is 90-100 nmol/L (36-40 ng/mL) but 140 nmol/L is in no way anywhere near the toxic level which is above about 350 nmol/mL
