ESR can be raised by many things-not just PMR..have you had cold or covid recently -even something as minor as a stubbed toe!

Any PMR symptoms to go with it? As DL says, ESR will go up with all sorts of things - especially chesty colds ...
My ESR and CRP are always raised, up in the 40s and 50s normally. The doctor just writes in Satisfactory on my notes.
Perhaps that’s good news…Perhaps no advice, no action needed.
