These cramps are wired hands and feet, or should I say finger and toes ,

It pulls my fingers

Then this evening ,it felt as something was reaching my toes up,felt like something

Pulling at guiders of my foot,it was quite painful

Must try to get into doctors tomorrow but very difficult on Mondays 🥺

Think it could be some electric imbalance in mi system tacken magnesium supplement doesn’t seam to help much.

Eny thoughts or experience enyone 🤷🏽‍♂️

Thanks 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

Hi Ronzy 😊

I get this a lot, sadly! I do find that magnesium helps in my case, but I also have to drink about two litres of water (or tea etc) a day. If I don’t do that, nothing else helps….😖

Hope you get sorted soon x

I get this, especially when I go to bed. I automatically flex my toes and arrgh! I find if I try to relax and ignore it it does go away after a few minutes, but if I try rubbing my feet or pulling my toes down it makes it worse. It only started since I went on pred. Magnesium hasn't made any difference.

Could be one of a few blood levels - the GP should check potassium, calcium and the other elctrolytes etc.

Not sure Covid causes such deficiencies but it does leave its mark for a time like flu.
