I get this a lot, sadly! I do find that magnesium helps in my case, but I also have to drink about two litres of water (or tea etc) a day. If I donโt do that, nothing else helpsโฆ.๐
I get this, especially when I go to bed. I automatically flex my toes and arrgh! I find if I try to relax and ignore it it does go away after a few minutes, but if I try rubbing my feet or pulling my toes down it makes it worse. It only started since I went on pred. Magnesium hasn't made any difference.
