I have an antibody result stating N which means I haven’t had Covid,

And an S result which means I have some antibodies. No further info. I assume that’s good?

It means you have likely not had covid and so therefore no N antibodies were detected, but you do have antibodies from the vaccines hence S detected.

Exactly what I thought. Thanks. Good news

If you have N antibodies rather than N for no, it means you have antibodies from infection. S means you have antibodies from either infection or vaccination but can’t tell which. gov.uk/government/publicati...

Thanks. I’ve not had Covid so I have antibodies through jabs. Also never had an adverse reaction from Covid vaccination

Probably a bit difficult to say categorically you haven't had Covid - lots of people have no symptoms, especially with Omicron.

No symptoms doesn’t mean no infection; it’s well established that many people are asymptomatic. Also, no adverse reaction doesn’t mean the vaccine hasn’t taken or that you didn’t have antibodies before the vaccine.

When I was tested recently I had good antibodies. Probably the Queen did too on the other hand.

I take part in the testing and I am the same. I hoped the results would say how many antibodies, except S means you have had a Covid vaccination. I suppose that must be a good sign then.

That’s what I thought. It’s good to know

It is but should we have high ones? Surely some have just a few and others more?

Don't think anyone knows yet - that's what the testing is for, to get plenty of data
