Hi I'm new here. I've had PMR since the Autumn of 2019, diagnosed in January 2020, then GCA diagnosed in February 2020.
I had a blood test which was by chance a couple of weeks after my 3rd Covid vaccination and this showed low neutrophils, which recovered after another week. So I was tested after my flu jab and the same thing has happened again. Has anyone else had this?

Hi, yes my Son was having a Panel of Bloods done (during the bottle shortage) & both appointments were in days of one another - they repeated the neutrophil count in month & it had returned to normal.
Incidentally, they also discovered Ladies having Mammograms Post Covid Vaccinations were showing slowing lymph nodes on the side they’d had the injection in.
NB Anyone who has had their Sentinel Node(s) removed following Breast Cancer is advised not to have vaccinations in that arm
From a slightly different angle- I have a condition which makes my neutrophil count drop every three weeks and in response my bone marrow goes into overdrive giving me bone pain. After both Pfizers I got an unscheduled bone pain a week later , presumably from the stimulus, followed by an unusually easy low in my cycle. However, the next low was a whopper with an increase in infection symptoms and extra bone pain which I take to mean it was working extra hard because my numbers had gone extra low.
