Just to say I have had both jabs plus booster and so has my husband.my son 47ys also my son and family and my husband all caught covid luckily I've escaped as lived upstairs for 10days.It doesn't stop you getting it they wore masks distanced and cleaned hands and surfaces with alcohol disinfectant.Please be careful I am extremely vulnerable as also have colitis and pancreas tumours and many of you are vulnerable too.Luckily non of them were seriously ill but felt very rough for several days.

I posted about this several times when vaccination started - your jabs are only part of the way out of the pandemic, Just as important are the non-pharmaceutical measures such as hygiene and, above all, masks and distancing in combination. Figures here in Italy are far better than in the UK - and it is accepted that that is due to masks and other restrictions still being in force.

In England it is now no longer mandatory. Other countries in the UK have different rules.
