They are joking...surely!!!

......especially as I have just read an expert's view that the hydro-stuff is probably a waste of time with only one Yankee medic recommending it.

My sister with RA tried it, she didn`t find it very funny!....

I tried it for 18 months and felt it made no difference to my PMR. If it had made me laugh that might have been a positive as not much else was making me laugh at the time!
