Update on yesterday.

I’m not used to posting photos on line and certainly never on this site but just wanted you to see the results of your advice!! I did as you all suggested and upped the Pred to 10mg yesterday and again today - and will reduce 1mg of Pred for 5 days until I’m back to 5mg.

What I want to know though is, how have I got to 81 - where have those years gone? We definitely have to try to enjoy each day as it comes 😊

Brilliant!!! Seems to have worked.

You don't NEED to reduce slowly - you can just go straight back to the usual dose after just a few days.

If that really is you, and you really are 81 - I don't believe you!

A strategic glass of wine occasionally, even for those of us on Methotrexate helps! 🥂Building up to The Big Day on Tuesday when l meet my Half Sister after almost 60years! I think 2.5mg extra Pred might be in order 😉
