update on 4/26 PMR pain

After having all that pain yesterday, I took the wise advice of members of this forum. I woke up at 2:30 am, took 10 mg of pred, and .25 mg of Xanax , and went back to sleep. This morning when I woke at 6:30, I’m happy to say, I had no pain! I guess you all are right about the inflammation being released around 3 or 4 am. Thanks to all!

that’s no ‘guessing’…it’s thanks to the knowledge & advice on this forum that I’ve taken my pred at 2-3am for the past 3 years, & get an easier ‘ride’!! I ‘guess’ it’s a scientific fact, too!!
