Forgot to take Pred

I take my Pred before I go to bed - they are coated tablets - but for the first time ever, I forgot to take them last night! I’ve taken them now but not sure what to do about my usual before-bed dose this is evening?

Take it as usual - because you have played catch-up now, if you don't then you will have a bad day tomorrow. The bit of extra in the 24 hours might give you a really good day as a present

It is always better to take to much than too little in my book!! Just carry on as normal. At least you did not seize up in pain like I did!
