Advice please

Woke up this morning feeling quite sick. Managed to take my steroids but was wondering what to do if I am sick ?

If you are taking plain white pred, took it with liquid rather than solid food and you manage to keep it down for an hour you shouldn't have any problem. If you do vomit, try taking the same dose again - one day without pred probably won't hurt you but longer might.
