Diabetes Type 2

In the Observer on 16th May 2021, there is a long article on page 44 of the magazine. I quote :

Professor Roy Taylor who 10 years ago revolutionised treatment for Type 2 diabetes with a ground breaking study,

Now he has written a book "Your Simple Guide to Reversing Type 2 Diabetes.

He has developed 'the 'Newcastle' Diet. He is a leading researcher in Diabetes.

He is making no money out of it every penny goes to Diabetes UK.

The book is a paperback and is published by Short Books . You can buy the book at guardianbookshop.com priced at £7.91.

The article in the Observer Magazine is 6 columns long. When we ran the charity one of the Leading Dieticians from the research dept on Diabetes came to a meeting.

BTW: About 6 years ago we had a Lead Dietician come to a support group meeting to talk about Pred and Diabetes. I do have an article she wrote for us. A PM if you want a copy.

Thank you for posting this. Interesting article which is of relevance to me following my last blood tests which suggest that I am pre diabetic. Here is the Guardian/Observer link for others who might be interested.

I had diabetes Type 2 before I developed Palindromic Rheumatism. I was very aware of Roy Taylor's research which was brought more publicly to the nation's attention by Dr Michael Mosely.

Re my diabetes I am still med free after 10+ years
