I don't get emails

Hello I no longer seem to get email updates from the site still got PMR, It helps to read others comments any way the emails can re return.

I think it was a breakdown somewhere. I was locked out of the forum (and the community) for two days over the weekend.

Its been longer than that many weeks without emails. Just been to my notifications unsubscribed from emails then subscribed again maybe that will help

Yes probably...have you changed internet providers or had updates recently? That sometimes does it......If you still have issues report to HU . Look at email/help - drop down menu (from avatar (picture) top right. Or support- scroll down to bottom of screen on most devices.

I was unable to do anything except send and receive chat messages and read posts on Friday afternoon but it was back to normal by Saturday morning. I did manage to send an email to HU Support - which seemed to have a decent result ... I was still getting email notifications though.

It is getting irritating though - something has gone pear-shaped, albeit sometimes briefly, most weekends recently. Without any warning or apology.

Well, they can't warn us if they don't know it's happening.

What amazed me I was actually kicked out of the community - after nearly eight years!!

Many organisation decide that weekends are the best time for upgrades without always considering what would be a beneficial time for their users!!
