I thought some of you might just be interested in that the Scottish Government have issued this.

I have not included the work-place link.

Constance and Grammy80.

Introducing you to each other.

It has been amazing how people you have never met and probably will never be able to meet. You find a connection with some and they become part of your life.

Today and I am thinking back to 3 years ago when I reached a birthday ending in '0' - warm day, people came whom I had not seen in years, fun, laughter. Best present to 2nd Jab on Wednesday.

Take care and stay safe always.

OK, OK! I haven't forgotten your birthday.🤪 My calendar has beeped me twice to remind me! Couldn't find my Jcard password.

Anyway, all the very best to you. Have a wonderful day (hopefully in your garden with friends).

👏🥰😈🤗😷😹👀👵🏻👵🏻👵🏻 xxx

A surprise, two friends came and took me out for lunch (outside table booked) and I have not been out since a year gone March, except 4 times to warfarin clinic.

Had a lovely time and ended up with Banoffee pie...............had not had that for years.

Just sitting there all at the 'social' distance and watching people with kids, it was wonderful. I am truly lucky. xxxx

Oh well done! We old uns know how to enjoy ourselves, don't we?

We're in strict lockdown again in Germany. I was so looking forward to outside meals/drinks. The Spa gardens have lovely cafes/restaurants.

I was also looking forward to visiting the garden centres - not to be unfortunately. 💐💐

We open up again on Monday - so the weather is going pear-shaped again! I considered an icecream when I went shopping - until I saw the queue for the good gelateria. The other 2 had no queues - no parking either ...

"Open up"? Wow! I thought Italian Covid numbers were pretty high.

As we have both been vaccinated I thought we would have more freedom. I don't mind still using a mask or keeping distant but we have now been told we should also have a test not older than 24 hours before we are allowed into some places. ☹️

Falling steadily so it is outside that is opening. As of Monday, outside eating/drinking is allowed but here in Suedtirol with a Green Pass (recovered from Covid or 2x jabs you can have a 6 month pass, or a 48 hour one if you pass a test) you can eat/drink indoors. Same will apply in Italy from sometime in May.I will sit outside, did that last autumn - but no way am I going inside ...

In Germany numbers are rising and rising. Is there no end to this dratted disease? We have enough to put up with, with PMR, and this unstable humid weather is giving my PA an unwanted boost. ☹️

Ah well - tomorrow is another day and I WILL buck-up. 😈

Most of it is sheer stupidity and a lot of young people believing they are safe. Unfortunately, they aren't as safe as they think. Most hospitalisations now are people in their 30s and 40s. And they suddenly become very ill at day 12-16 rather than at day 10. I'm happy to wait it out - we've got this far :)

We had ours four weeks ago but still don't/can't go far.

I did know that and was gently teasing her. We formed a connection early on. I'm grateful that she 'introduced ' 💛 us and especially thankful I now know her birthday!
