I would like to give a big thank you to PMRpro for the recent advice of adding 5mg to get out of my pain dilemma. It worked wonderfully!

I am back at 6mg and so far am feeling so much better.

I would also like to thank everyone else who offered up support and advice.

It is great to have this platform with all the caring members!👏
