T2 Diabetes

Hi everyone. I hope you are all keeping well

Well, I had pre Diabetes and then T2 and now it's all gone!

I'm not diabetic anymore and am on 8mg of Pred these days. I am so happy

I didn't cut out much food as I'm not a foodie type person. I'm also a strict veggie.

I'm not sure why it went away but it did.

There is hope my friends

David

Your lower dose of pred probably - it isn't Type 2, it is steroid-induced and it goes away at lower doses of pred.

Great to hear some happy news in these rather grim times.

Great news davidcantswim! Mine also dropped below diabetic levels ,spontaneously. It’s cheering isn’t it?

Definitely good to hear some cheery news. Cause for a small celebration I'd say.

What great news. I too have prediabeties and am cutting out carbs in the hope that I can revers it while I am reducing my pred. It gives me hope that my numbers will go down too at my next blood test.

Thing is I didn't do much to lower my T2! I don't take sugar anyway and just ate more fresh vegetables with salad sandwiches. I'm happy though x
