Reducing prednisone

Thanks everyone for the replies. I'm still learning about this site and if I should just reply to one person or make it general like this.? So I accidentally went from 17.5 to 12.5 instead of 15mg for 5 days before I realistic. Had the massive withdrawal I realised on Sunday so took an extra 2.5, so up to the 15mg I should have reduced to. Felt so much better within hours but still not right, pain and tiredness. Should I go back up to the 17.5 for a few days then try reducing again.

I think I would try at least one maybe 2 days of the 17.5mg and then try 15mg.

If you have a question then start a new post like this - that way everyone has the chance to see it. When you ask a question in the middle of another thread only a few people are likely to see it. This forum has a strange nesting system!!!

If you can manage to start a post and need information about using the site - just ask. If not, ask in the middle of a thread - DorsetLady and I will almost always see any comment though even we miss the odd one or two!!!
