I love my GP he rang me yesterday for my usual monthly call, I told him I was having trouble reducing below 121/2mg. He's ordered some bloods and told me to do what I think best as to taking the pred dosage as I know what's best for me. Will ring me again after he has blood results.

Did you get your 1mg tablets for reducing? How are you going about reducing since the flare?

We will add him to the “How it’s Done Roll of Honour”.

If in doubt, do nothing for a little while.

I love doctors who treat their patients with respect and know that we're the best judges of what our bodies need.
