This is a link where you can print out blank calendar pages, which I definitely need to know how much Medrol to take when now that I'm doing the slooooooow taper~thanks to you folks. This way I'll just jot my AM and PM down, that will make sure I put the right amount in the pillbox, I really need this, or if you have a better system...I'm all👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻's !!

I have them in my pill box and still forget to take the damn things. I either realise whe I find the stairs harder than normal or when I go to bed!! YBB
I have to say - I think the best thing about Lodotra is that it is taken before bed and that definitely improves compliance when you also use a pill box. Phone alarm works to - providing you remember to take it there and then!
I think I should set my phone to take mine. I once set an alarm for something, forgot to turn it off when in court and got a major bollocking from the judge as my phone played the frog song to everyone!!

I have escaped very narrowly from getting contempt but I have sailed very close and my husband does live in fear if i am in front of certain judges he may find me in the cells!!
Great sense of humor....you are a hoot~!!!~~but it sounds like you are in court a lot!! Hopefully, you are a court stenographer or something...and not being charged with a crime.

Dont be silly. I dont always explain what I do and forget it sounds like I spend my time in the dock!! Sometimes feels like that unfortunately. I tend to do a lot of mental health cases and am known for not being very polite to idiot judges!! It will get me into trouble!!xx

Judge Judy makes me laugh. 😁 . Such a direct cantankerous ( sometimes) woman. Yet mostly right on. Not much else amusing or entertaining for me on tv. I go at the filling of my pill box with the concentration of a neurosurgeon. 🤗
For sure! I record ALL...it is my comedy relief before bed, she is a trip. I don't think she's always fair but always brassy and 'sassy.' 🤬 😲

I hear you!! If I should forget my PM Prednisolone...sometimes my jaw will remind me. If I forget and don't hurt...I toss it in with the nighttime mouthful.
When it got so I couldn't read the labels without magnification and just seemed like a whole bunch of white pills....I had a local pharmacy put them in pill packs. It is a free service and you are sent a roll each month. I only use my pillbox for meds that vary. You have to purchase the scripts at that pharmacy but it is actually less of a $$ hit because I'm only charged $21.00 US per month. It I went to the pharmacy and bought meds I was charged for the full 90 day supply all the time....so it works out.xo
In the states, so much of the cost factor depends on what kind of health insurance you have, and it varies.
We dont realise just how well off we are with our subsidised prescriptions and nhs. Until of course covid comes to visit!! YBB
So true! I used to average about $150US per month, I felt that. My health insurance benefits are subject to change every 3 years so I keep my fingers crossed. My youngest son, 51, lives in Nova Scotia with his family, I don't know if it is the same system but I believe quite similar. Our system leaves many unprotected, so sad...I'm hoping things change in the near future!! Take care..xo

Have you checked your tax and superannuation over the years.. it's free at the point of access but we do fund it too so it's not absolutely free...but I wouldn't have it any other way than free healthcare for all., Especially as we age 💪
But the higher earners do pay more than we mere mortals 
And many don't use the NHS - unless of course they develop chronic illnesses and the insurance gets silly money!
When I lived in Germany we were fully covered but had to pay out first and claim it back. It was a salutary lesson because it did mean you knew how much your drugs and treatment cost. I do see here but not as clearly. For example, this week I got the invoice for the PET-CT scan I had in early March. It cost us 35 euros - but the full, unsubsidised, price for a private payer would have been something over 1000 euros. One of the drugs I take (an anticoagulant) costs over 100 euros a month, My pred is also about 75 euros a month because I'm on Lodotra. Medrol would be cheaper but really doesn't do me any good! I know the prices because they are on the drug packet not because I must pay it up front so it i easy to ignore it. The prices across most of Europe are similar.
I have paid more tax in my younger years but still worth very penny.x
I would rather have paid over the years and know it was there than the American way. I know its not free but for the poorer in this country it means medical treatment they couldnt get normally. YBB

So glad it was helpful...my #1 task today....fill in my calendar sheets for the next three months with my prednisolone taper and also another med I've been on for 65 years I hope to drop over the next 7 weeks.
What is really neat I think...tapers can be successful or we may reverse for a while...it is so easy to print out other clean calendars. I save the old ones and I have a history ~ I also jot any symptoms I get on the calendar as well.
