CGA - tapering schedule for 5 and 7 week tapering

Can someone please send me a link for 5 and 7 week tapering schedules. I would like to print them off. I have CGA since July 2023, down from 60 mg pred to 12. Wanting to slow things down for next tapering. Thank you.
