Dee Dee Wild - what a recovered PMR patient is doing in lockdown! No excuses?

I'm not sure I would suggest anyone on here tried to do the entire routine straight off but they do come in 3 minute bursts so you could start small! I did do something similar the entire time I had PMR without pred - it is a question of building up very slowly and within your current ability.

Still is - teaches classes locally and they aren't cheap!!! No doubt they are paying for the name ...

Eeek! Got to make money using the skills you have I suppose. Right age group for most of the pmrers

Pans...both her and Babs powell had PMR and both danced together in late in the 60s into the 70s.

If I did only the first few steps I would fall over!!! Think I'm past all that. Will try and wobble about in the park at quiet times - that will do me fine.

You could do the arm stuff gently. And sit down to do the foot actions ...

Oh I do do them anyway and also leg exercises as long as I hold on to a chair back.👵🏻
