Seems to me, my post was directly related to PMR ... did you not actually read it .
Or did you just see the word COViD and hit the delete button.
Curiously enough you permitted 21 replies regarding the letting in of a cleaning lady or not whilst under ‘self isolation’ . How is that directly related to PMR/GCA?
And, pray tell, what are we all self isolating from. The C-virus of course. But if the dreaded word is not spelled out, so to speak, the post gets to stand?
Okie dokie.....

So explain to me how a question on cleaning ladies is relevant.?
There seems to me to be far more posts by moderators scolding anyone who dares mention the C word than actual advice being given about dosages and symptoms of PMR. /GCA
My post was not frivolous nor meant as idle chit chat.
It was meant to see if we could as a community gather stats on changes in symptoms /dosages in our own experiences in a scientific format..
Alas, I am not a moderator and I do appreciate greatly the work that moderators do.
I am not meaning to be disrespectful,
Just dumbfounded by your collective stance and, at this particular point in time too ill to continue this thread.
God Bless and Stay Safe
I haven't seen your previous post but the issue of cleaning and PMR, isolated or not is an issue. I have problems and have had to purchase several products over the years to help clean. If PMR shoulders are bad you can't clean above the chest, pushing the vacuum cleaner is next to impossible if you have the add ons of myofascial pain syndrome or hip and back issues, including, again the PMR add on bursitis in various parts of the body. I have had bursitis in s knee and elbow. Changing beds and hanging washing.... next to impossible if shoulders are bad . The decision of whether to maintain the cleanliness of hygiene Vs putting yourself through pain and perhaps starting a flare is a PMR issue. Getting reassurance that you are weighing the right risks in relation to potential flare is a reasonable question or issue whatever the social context I would think. Yes the context was mentioned but as a backdrop to having to maintain a property when you are unable to or don't wish to due to PMR and or GCA and various add ons..
I appreciate you probably think I am siding with another moderator - however I also considered your post belonged on the Covid 19 thread of the day.
Your post was not deleted - you were asked to transfer it to another place. We can't do that for you - it would appear as our post.
If you were to read my post from this afternoon you would see a link to a risk assessment provided by VasculitisUK which probably answers your question. The question has been asked several times in the last couple of weeks.
I am stopping replies.
