Just looked up essentrics. That looks interesting. Do you do a class or just at home?

You are lucky in your mood response to Pred. I can get pretty unpleasant.

Every time I dropped I warned my Hubby as I turned into a right bad tempered cow for 5 days. On 6th day felt normal again. Since dropping under 8 it doesn't happen thankfully!!

Me too. I get very irritable and moody. Anyone else get this? Best left

On my own. Especially to nearest and dearest. Makes me mad with myself.

I was far worse with just PMR and no pred!

After a year of taking prednisone for polymyalgia, my husband stopped last week. Luckily I discovered Essentrics a couple of months ago and we started doing online classes with somebody locally. Now we switched to Essentrics TV but I see there are lots of free classes on YouTube. I'm hoping that it helps him in case his pain ever comes back. We've both noticed some good improvements with overall joint soreness and speciic issues for both of us (my neck, and his knees). I highly recommend those classes. I hope your issues are continuing to improve!

Yes, I sure did. Why do you ask?

A lot of people don't - and are disappointed at not getting a reply. because of the way HU works only about 2 or 3 of us are likely to see your post.

Oh, I see. I wasn't expecting a reply. I just wanted to share that we have found Essentrics helpful, that's all.
