Just thought I would share with people who understand. I‘ve been on 5 mg for 6 weeks. I stayed here because niggles began in hands wrists and elbows at about 3-4 weeks. The weren’t severe and didn’t increase in severity so I stayed there and they have now gone. Anyway the deathly fatigue has descended (I think). The temperature has been hovering both sides of 40C/104F and the air conditioner has packed it in so that could be the reason I am so lethargic. One day the thermometer outside in the shade was 47. The weekend is about to deliver more big temperatures so I shall sit with my feet in a dish of cold water, a wet flannel round my neck and a bottle of cold water beside me. At least the smokiness while still around is much much less. Cheers and love to all - Marea 💕💕

Hi, I am glad the smokey atmosphere is reducing. I suspect the strain of it all has wiped you out and you are in deathly fatigue territory. Sensible ideas, a bit of ice in the water may help and damp towel round you if you overheat. I would be collapsed at that heat.... On the bed with damp rowel and fan on me. Heat and me don't get on!
Lots of ice in the freezer, fans working overtime. Will put it to good use tomorrow. Heat and me also don’t get on - more so since PMR. 🌻
You have my sympathy. I'm with Scoopitup, I''d be totally useless in that heat.
I have been wondering how things are down under, you seem to have slipped from our news recently. Good luck to you, take life very easy.
Brexit probably topping the news there. . Most fires seem to be under control at the moment. Probably not much left to burn here. At one stage the burnt areas were the size of Belgium. A lot considering two thirds of the country is desert.
I can send you a big parcel of snow
Oh, thank you Theziggy 💕
I assume DF is deathly fatigue? Unfortunately common around this dose level. If you can, ride it out, make sure you always rest after any period of activity (sounds like the heat is basically enforcing that for now anyway), and when you can take a little gentle exercise. Avoid unnecessary stress. This too shall pass!
