Past, Present, Future

When you have a debilitating autoimmune illness (or two!) like PMR/GCA, you have a lot of time to think, to ponder... contemplate and consider. Maybe it's just my age, or maybe it truly is a residual effect of having PMR/GCA, but I seem to spend a lot of time reliving the past and worrying about the future! The piece below was written because I have way too much time on my hands; as having both PMR & GCA leaves me housebound much of the time, and I don't have a heck of a lot to do, other than reflect on my life, and write.

Brilliant as usual

Lots of sadness and lose in your life too much for one person

What I learnt a long tome ago is the past is the past and it cannot hurt you

the only person that it hurts is me by going other the past .So leave the sadness in the past and remember happier times.

Works for me but we are all different

Sorry, "bopped" send instead of space bar!!

I'm lucky - I don't get depressed (down sometimes as everyone does) but always able to smile at something.

I have always been taught "the past has gone, the future hasn't happened (and for some it never will) so the present is all we've got".

Easy, if you can stick to those thoughts (!?!?).

All the best from Constance. 💐🍾🍸🍀🍀💥
