I do wish those silly little hearts on each of the avatars could be removed. We all know how precious we are to each other😍 but they are soooo annoying. You used to be able to bop the avatar then be able to get all the information about who is "liking" you (so we could answer when necessary). Now you only get back to your own post, or at least I do. Is this happening to others??

Not a Mod so can’t “do” anything - but not really sure what you mean? Do you mean the heart (likes) at the end of each post/reply?
If you tap my avatar on this reply you should go to my profile as usual, but not sure you can get info on someone who just likes the post/reply.
If you access your notifications and then tap on the avatar of someone who likes a response from you then it does take you to the post/reply liked.
Does that clarify...or just confuse?
Oh it's me then! Pred head! It's just if I want to answer someone who has "liked" and I haven't had a reply from that I can't bop their avatar for their info.
I don’t think it is like Facebook where you can see who liked.
No, not if they just “like” it, they need to reply.
Although you can pull up their profile by selecting Members in the banner above and typing in name.

I am with dorsetlady. You seem to have to do a member search to uncover a profile. Frustrating.
What device are you using? There will be variations for each of the apps.
I use a computer and if I click on either an avatar or the name next to it the profile page comes up. If I click on the NAME in an email notification I get the profile direct from the email, but it won't work from the avatar in the email. I also note I have to have the mouse icon in the right postiion to get the little hand that shows it will download what I want.

It's a phone screen. I get the notification on screen (no email set). You can click on the avatar in the notifications to see member profile of a reply, but not of a like. If you click the avatar on a like it just goes to the liked message.
Sounds like a gremlin in the app - is it a new problem?

No. It seems to have done it for a while. Can't remember if it came with the hearts.

Don’t think so! Always been that way in notifications.

Where are 💓💓...................not on my Avatar at all and never seen t'others.
I think they mean the symbol next to Reply of More underneath your/anyone’s reply. If you tap it , it changes colour and comes up with Like next to it.

All the software problems will have to be referred to HealthUnlocked I fear. Though I do have to confess - I don't really understand what you are talking about as I use a computer and currently it is one without a touch screen!!!!
The only notification I get about who has liked a post is via the on-screen notification info next to the alarm/bell at the top of the page.

I don't have any heart on my avatar. Only a "like" heart at the end of each post and each reply. I do know who likes my stuff because the notifications list tells me. And I don't think I was ever able to go anywhere except to the answer liked if I clicked on the notification.
I would like to know how to find an avatar, because unless I can find someone's post or reply I can't send them a message.
Have you tried "Search Health Unlocked" (little sign before you write a post)? You can find most people who post on here on there.
Yes and I only get a reply saying it doesn't match any posts and I should broaden my search terms! I have no other obvious seach bars. I just looked for you this way and didn't find you.

It's so silly if we can't find people even if they have unusual names. Although mine isn't!!
I wonder if it is because we live in different countries - as HU is a British site???
They are still working on the search thing - it was TOO wide so you got a few million options. It helps to limit it to PMRGCAuk - if this is your only community then just "My communities" will do. But to find a person you need to use the Members search not the general search. And that is a heading on the home page of the PMRGCAuk forum with a big red NEW next to it - and it does now seem to work better than it did before.

Sorry if I'm teaching grandma to suck eggs with following -
Avatar is only posh name for your picture next to your name. To find someone you need to go to Members, type in name (sometimes just part of name) press search - it should then list all members. If you then tap on name you go to profile. you can then message them from there.
Alternately, select speech bubbles at top of page - next to notification bell - brings up new page -select Compose - again you have to type in name
What I occasionally want to do is find posts or replies by a specific person, I don't necessarily want to message them. What I've used as a workaround is to type @ and the person's name as though I want to "mention" them in a comment and when it turns blue clicked on it as it's a live link. But I knew this was not the right way to find someone. Now I do know.
