Hi,

Sometimes it takes up to 6 weeks to notice any difference on many supplements - so maybe your wallet needs to be lighter still!

Like dorsetlady I think they take a while to settle. With meds I commit for 3mths unless the side effects are killing. 90quid seems a lot, especially if you feel no real benefit.

Never had it myself .

Where you taking it for it's possible anti inflammatory benefits or the more well trialled antidepressant qualities ?

If it was for non Pain related uses it may have been doing its job if you hadn't seen a lowering of your mood.

I am like Poops any supplement or drug I take for 6/8 weeks , and give up if I find no significant difference after that. Otherwise , you are just paying for expensive wee.

Coming off it is also part of the test , some supplements I use , like Pure Turmeric for Digestion and IBS , not only made a difference when I used it but its usefulness was proved with the symptoms that came back when I came off it.

Just remember , with any drug or supplement that you have been on for a month , alternate on/ off or taper the dose for a few days to prevent any withdrawal effects on your system.

Blearyeyed it was the the anti inflammatory benefit. I’m struggling to reduce pred. Not sure I’ll bother buying another batch!

Thanks for the tip , yes I have said when talking about Turmeric in the past ( both the Pure and the one with Black Pepper ) , my experience was that it works brilliantly for my digestive issues and IBS inflammation but I saw no difference at all to my joint inflammation. But it's one of those things isn't it , we're all individual , and what may work well for one can do nothing or be a curse for others , at least you know now that you haven't missed out on something that could have made a difference for you.

I know that one! Just hope he’s not spent £30 on a bag of frozen peas 😂🤗

Might be good on arthritic knees though.

Couldn't get it and I don't know what PEA stands for either.
