Someone on this site mentioned getting a Shiatsu foot massager. My feet have been a major problem with PMR. I decided that a massager might help. Well I ordered the Belmint from a Walmart. It arrived yesterday....I have had 3, 15 minute massages and I love it!......I have happy feet!
