Side effects of a low dose of steroids

Hello everyone, I’ve read on here a number of times about recent research which said that the side effects of being on a low dose of steroids, eg under 5mgs per day, were minimal. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find the link please?

Thank you in advance

Joyce

I am also in awe of your efficiency PMRpro. It helps so to have these very understanding friends. Yes, PMRpro I am not too bad but balancing the DOSE after the OP is still with me. Tiredness is a factor but then again that I would suggest those over 80 (83) feel it. and I know PMR affects all - we never quite forget.

Patience and thanks for all the support from fellow sufferers and non- sufferers now. Take care PMRPRO, lay out on your Balcony and take in some Italian sunshine. John
