Just to thank all of you who replied to my post on this subject yesterday.

All appears to be ok again now, yet I did nothing, so somebody must have done something!

They have been "updating" the system over the last few days so we can only assume your problems were caused by that rather than anything you were doing. Hopefully you will be fine now.x

I contacted the help section and tried to give details as to what was the problem. A couple of days later their told me that a bug had entered the system but they were sorting it out. J
