I've been on the forum for over four years with no problems sending posts and writing replies.

Now, all of sudden I find myself unable to send replies to people, and I don't know why. I've tried pressing "reply", and also " sending a comment", but anything I write seems to be getting lost in the ether!

Any thoughts that might help?

Thanks

Paddy

I had problems yesterday on both my iPhone & iPad

The Like Button disappeared then came back a couple of hours later.

Try logging out & back in again that sometimes works otherwise email

Let us know if you get it sorted.

They were obviously doing some under the hood work, as hu described it. All the icons disappeared yesterday for a good while. The like button takes 5 or 6 secs to register. I wasn't very patient but have finally learned. Lol

You know I keep saying Patience and Serenity is the key to surviving GCA/PMR .

It's also the key to dealing with the like button on HU too 😋😂😂😂

Seems I can write a reply to myself, but not to Mrs Nails or Poopadoop!

Nothing coming up when I press "reply".

Anyway, thank you both for your comments. I will persevere.

As already discussed things were a bit out of kilter yesterday - mysterious background workings no doubt, but a bit annoying a nevertheless.

But as others have said always report it!

Its the searching old post functions that is confusing to find. As far as I can see you have to be reading a post, scroll to top, click post and be patient while the box comes up. Not an improvement from the more direct search icon before.

Perhaps HU is suffering from a bit of the Pollywobbles and PMR brain fog at the moment too!

Have you sorted things out yet? I find, as suggested above, signing out and back in again usually helps!

Hope everything working for you now Paddy. The fact that you could only message yourself must have meant you had some meaningful conversations!! 😜x

Seems it's ok again now Jackie. I did nothing so it seems the techie people must have tweaked something!

Best wishes

Paddy

Are you going to try again today? I had to restart my phone to get things working better.
