I’ve had standard PMR @ 3 years. Pred sorted it and I am on 1 mg per day. I have these extensor tendinitis problem (tops of feet ACHE). Motion is lotion so once I get moving all is well and I walk less like Frankenstein. Lately though I have right bum cheek pain and now I think I am having pereiformis issues. It was tricky to go to bed last night. Painful lower leg. Yes I sit at work all darn day but get up and try to walk 10k steps. Oh an had some ectopic palpitations for 2 months that seem to be gone. So I guess this is my version of PMR. is the solution to periformis exercise & Bowen therapy? Any great therapists @ SW London (if allowed to recommend). Thank you. You are the best. I read the NUTimes & your comments every day. Happy Easter

Massage/manual mobilisation of the trigger points has been my saviour since I couldn't get a good Bowen therapist. Maybe someone at the Chertsey support group knows a good local Bowen therapist.
I agree, I think stretches (gentle, not pushing it too hard) would help out hopefully. I do hate stretches when I have physical therapy but am better for them. Sometimes the PT has me ice an area as well. Lucky me, I get a massage once a week. That is heaven for me. Hope it feels better soon!
