Diagnosed with PMR an have been taking prednisone for about nine months, started at 15mg am now at 7mg an stuck for three months now. Recently read a very interesting book that gave a wealth of information an lots of tips I haven’t had a chance to try any of them yet, but I certainly am going to try all of them. Book is “Polymyalgia Rheumatica and Giant Cell Arteritis: a survival guide. 2nd edition by Kate Gilbert.”. It gave tips for diet, the prednisone decline just very interesting.
