Just when I think I doing better in lower half . Now something new !!! When I sleep my upper back between my should are stiff and in pain But only laying down I split my dose 3mil in morning and 2 at night does not seem to help but why the pain when I am only laying down ?? And in the shoulder wing area ???

Stab in the dark here! Indigestion/reflux??? Try some gaviscon and see if it helps.
