I had my ecg today, wont get results until next week, but doctor thinks it could be oesophageal spasms, apparently the symptoms are the same, severe chest pain and jaw pain, thanks to all who replied

I get that but no jaw pain. It's when I eat something it doesn't like ! Like mashed potato and it it goes into spasm and I cant get the potato to go down. Very sore and very frightening not to mention embarrassing invariably in a restaurant! Actually, mine doesn't sound like yours, does it. Maybe its a different thing.

I have had these pains and the pain does affect my neck and jaw,they are really severe and apparently do resemble the pain of a heart attack.l hope you have good results regarding your ecg.
