Sorry not to be in touch this year. Been in hospital with undiagnosed problems. Whoopee perhaps just PMR AND GCA! !!?.But at last been diagnosed with a hernia in the groin. Thought my stomach was giving birth again.Doctor said my muscle's in my stomach had given way to my intestines fallen in Anything to do with PMR And slack muscles. Sorry wrong spelling with a lot. Quite tired with Solpadol. X

That sounds really painful Janette! Muscle weakness does go along with Pred use. I tend to think everything is connected. I’ve missed you.

Google hernia mesh to get a load of links and info. It's a sheet of plastic that is used to repair holes - the same stuff used for the incontinence surgery that has been all over the media recently and has finally been banned.
