I, also, am thankful for this wonderful group.

I am thankful for our lovely, sunny, cool day in Central Florida.

I am especially thankful that we are going to friend’s house for dinner. The friend is also on a low carb diet and allows me to bring a few side dishes that we both can eat (in addition to twice/baked potatoes for the rest).

Most of all, I am thankful that Pred allows me to have my life back.

Thanks Jane! When I realized how much sugar was in the pie it made me sad for a bit but I still ate one piece. Sometimes I wish I didn't know so much or had more will power.
