Weird visual symptom and dropping from 30 to 25

I just want to thank everyone for your wise and kind posts and links. I have been researching financial stuff and trying to work things out, it all just has become overwhelming in the last few weeks.

I have a long time therapist but we do phone appointments now since I moved to California.

I will try to talk to my sister.

Hello Mstiles,

Please be careful with any visual disturbance; I lost vision in left eye for a few minutes; also a few flashes in right eye peripheral. I saw a neuro-ophthalmologist who ordered duplex doppler of orbits and found that left eye central vein of retina was occluded; my rheumatologist concluded giant cell arteritis with PMR. Don't ignore visual symptoms. These types of symptoms can eventually cause blindness if left untreated.
