Site Glitches after Big Microsoft Update.

Wondered if anyone else has had site glitches & other odd changes since a big Microsoft update? I use a laptop & Windows 10. & Google. Grateful for any IT advice on the forum!! Thanks.

HU Site seems okay on PC and iPad/phone (nice change), but I'm having problems with email on iPad/iPhone!! very frustrated at moment.

I am having problems on iPad too. Really annoying.

Yes I had to re-set my BT email password on PC which is fine ( as you can see), but when I try and do same thing on iPad or iPhone (which are obviously linked) it won't let me! Keeps coming up with stupid message -"Ooh looks as if something went wrong. Try again later"

I have, since yesterday! Mine is BT/Yahoo and it seems to be the Yahoo part.

Might have to give in and speak to son, he's my IT guru but I don't like to bother him at a weekend - so it might have to wait 'til tomorrow!

Yes from here. Fortunately my IT person was visiting, so she sorted. Went into settings, fiddled around, and sorted. She said that many were in the same mess after this latest update. Grrrrrrr.

Now I hadn't thought of that - because my site problems didn't start at the time, it was the best part of a week later.

OTOH - we had to take my husband's computer to the local guru. It died totally - it's only a couple of months old, bought on our last UK trip. OH can usually sort stuff - but the computer just refused to boot at all. The guru guy said that about 2 in 10 devices will fry with some of the Windows 10 updates. BTW - he charged us 5 euros!!!!!! Must have been bored...

PS everybody: have you reported it to HU? Because I think they too have been tinkering! Use the Help Centre bit on the black strapline at the bottom of the page - goes direct to them rather than via Kate.

Somehow I've blundered my way to restoring settings,sound & other stuff back on my laptop. No idea what worked in the end. The troubleshooting, so called help,s are a waste of space!! Just as well I didn't throw it out of the Window!!!

All of Sat posts I could click onto, except mamici1. Even today, it will not let me see that post. Keeps jumping to a post by morrison. Am so far behind with reading the posts, and I love the pics!
