Ordered mine yesterday but I notice they are saying 2 years for PMR and I think they a say 5percent may have it for longer !

I know - 5% have it for life not just longer. But it is better than nothing!

They also say that doctors like you to reduce as quickly as possible!!

For the paper version go to Arthritis uk website and follow instructions ,I ordered mine yesterday and found it quite simple x
