Interesting, makes me want everything. I have spent a fortune over the years on supplements and to be honest I have never noticed any benefit. I have a particularly good diet ( not mentioning lapses). I take Adcal and a probiotic, vit K ( can’t remember why) vit B complex for me nerves. 💆🏻‍♀️

Vit K directs the calcium, etc. to the bones, I believe.

I was like: taking that, not that, have NO idea what that is. Ok, recognize that university, and that. Oh, there’s that green tea my bestie drinks everyday. Thought is was interesting but I already feel like I’m taking a medicine chest.
