I am still coughing but more well than I have been for 2 weeks.

Omg. I don't have 12 spoons if it only takes 4 to go to work. I have 2 for the day on that basis 😂

I’d have to lose more than one spoon for a bad night. A bad night affected me when I was in good health. Now it can completely wipe me out.

Fascinating that socializing uses three spoons. I agree, would put it right up there with going to work or a shopping trip, except at least it has a positive psychological effect even if you're wiped by the end.
