So I went up to 6mg of Pred and do feel a bit better, still have days of overwhelming fatigue tho. Blood results show markers are up a little,so showing inflammation, which is surprising because even at my worst with PMR they didn’t show much at all. I must accept this is going to take longer than I had hoped or imagined. My GP is happy with my progress and has told me to take it slowly 😊 we are off to Greece for a few weeks and I plan to read, paint, walk dogs on beach and RELAX ( try not to worry and stress about things )

I wish all of you PMR fighters the best of luck with your battle. Try to be positive. Laugh lots on the good days. Be kind to yourself. Give in and feel sorry for yourself on the bad days. Have a good cry now and again. Things could always be worse 😘 We will get through this !!

Bears saying again: the fatigue is different, the pred doesn't get rid of the a/i fatigue, just possibly adrenal insufficiency fatigue.

Hope the weather in Greece is better than most of the Med this week. I'm just heading to Malta and the forecast until after the weekend is poor and a friend is in Torrevieja and says it is unseasonably cold! Please hurry up Spring!!!!
