When you are posting a question, it is really helpful, if you put the date of diagnosis and how much pred in mg's and if on Steroid Sparing Agent.
eg PMR 2/10/17 - 15mg and then Current dose. Methotextrate.
This information even at the end of the post is useful so we know what stage you are when trying to answer in a helpful way.

I don't put such info as it may be a bit depressing sor some people to read of a 13 year PMR history...
But it could be in the profile, anyone, not you specifically. (I know, I know 😉 )
Yup I know but it helped to emphasize the point, which I think is what Freya was aiming for, but I could be wrong again.
Now you are special and without that 13 years of experience and knowledge gained and shared so freely. The way you have helped so many over the years, including me, makes you a special person. I am one who knows how special.
