Hi SJ,

Think last post from Poopadoop indicated she was going off-line for a while, and had deleted her name.

I did post and suggest that if she didn't want to get involved for a while she could amend her preferences and just dip in out out as she wanted without actually be notified.

However whether she actually read that or not I don't know, I certainly didn't get a response.

She may of course read this post, but if she doesn't, I don't think there's a lot we can do!

Thank you DorsetLady! I expect it was ? I didn't know she meant well ....something technological . I have done something similar with a lot of flesh and blood friends, simply couldn't meet the demands of friendship for a while. It takes me all my time to manage myself, social things, however minor fill me with dread. The hidden cost of this disease. I miss her and didn't for a while click that she and hidden were one. Bit slow methinks 🤦‍♀️.

Hi again,

I surmised she meant both technical and maybe conversational. She was a regular contributor, so whether she was upset by something said I don't know, or whether she has additional issues? Which is why I suggest she could look as and when, but not be notified on a daily basis. Hopefully she will return when in a better place.

Hope you're doing okay at present. Okay being relative of course!

Thanks for this DorsetLady, I hope I haven't upset her or anyone else. I can get a bit carried away and flippant, I also had a very sarcastic dad, so that awfulness can feel funny and harmless to me. I sometimes see old posts of mine and think " what was I thinking"?

I sneaked an extra 1 mg because I had Rafe (4 months) and Theo (2 yrs 8 months ) from 5 pm until midnight Sunday night, whilst their parents were hosting a leaving do for all their friends. Not only did I get through it but the boys gifted me with so many magical moments, it was like our own quiet little leaving do. I have been sleeping on and off ever since - tired but happy.

No I'm sure you haven't upset her. I don't know that anyone has, but her comment was a bit odd, something to the effect that she was stressed about something, so was going to give it a rest for a while!

I do flippant and sarcastic very well! In fact I've got awards for it! But hopefully in between there is some good advice as well!
