Adrenal gland and tapering useful information

I came across this old article (Oct 2006) from a recent posting on a GCA Facebook site and found the article really easy to read and understand. I now feel I have a clear understanding of what is happening with tapering and the associated issues and thought it useful to share this information with others!

Thank you for posting that Devon Michael, it was very useful. I still haven't really managed to work out what to eat, five weeks down the line with PMR.
