Taper plans

Thank you to Dorset Lady for the slow taper plans which I have just copied out. I've tried it my way and I've tried it the GP's way. Now I am going to try it your way, based on reports of successful tapers using the plans which I have been reading about. Here goes...................

And don't forget, however you taper, slowly or quickly, using a taper won't allow you to get to a lower dose than your body needs.

Thank you, I realise this, but I also realise that I need some structure, which I haven't really had.

Hopefully, in a week or so I'm going to embark on DLs 5 week taper plan, reducing from 9mg. Good luck to both of us!
